Mekhi's First Day
The day Mekhi has been waiting for all summer long! His first day of Kindergarten. He was so excited to wake up and eat his new cereal, put on his new jeans, and his new shoes! And use his new batman back-pack of course! He was so anxious to get to school, he was not happy to hear me say I would be walking him in on his first day. “Ahh, Mom….can’t you just drop me off at the door?” Is this really happening already? Am I that un-cool? What kind of mother would I be if I just gave him the boot at the front door on his first day of Kindergarten? I didn’t even shed a tear! Isn’t that enough, Mekhi?

What a cutie! Ayden starts a week from Tuesday. He will be going to a new school and seems to be nervous. I’m nervous for him! Maybe they should offer video class streaming so you could peak in on the kids

Hey, I dropped my Kindergartener at the bus barn with her dad an hour and fifteen minutes before school started and jetted off without a backward glance. I even forgot to send the camera. Someone should probably call DHS.
